Every service below produces the same kind of thing: a dimensioned, checked drawing of what is really there. What changes is the building and how far the record has to go.
The core service. We attend site and record the building room by room — wall lines, openings, floor levels, ceiling heights and structure where it is visible — then draft it into a dimensioned set.
Turning a site record into files your team can design over. Layered CAD with consistent line weights, real blocks and a title block, issued alongside flattened PDFs for site use.
If point cloud data already exists for the building, we register it, take slices at the right heights and trace it into clean two-dimensional drawings — no more guessing at a cloud on screen.
Older Melbourne stock rewards patience: nothing is square, floors move, and additions hide behind lining. We draw the fabric as found, including the parts that do not fit the original plan.
Areas calculated from the measured drawing rather than from an agent's brochure, tabulated room by room, so leasing, costing and space planning all start from the same figures.
Sheet setup, title blocks, revision control and the tidy-up of inherited files. Useful when a set has been passed between hands and no longer reads as one document.
Deliverables
Every engagement is issued as one package, not a trickle of files. You get the editable drawings, the printable set and the evidence behind them at the same time.
Where a survey has to be staged — a tenanted building, a live site, staged demolition — we agree the issue dates up front and each stage is issued complete rather than as a partial file.

Measured surveys are quoted as a fixed fee once we know the building. The variables are floor area, the number of levels, how much detail the drawings have to carry, and how difficult access is going to be — a tenanted upper floor takes longer than an empty warehouse of the same size.
We would rather ask three questions before quoting than issue a number we have to revise later. Send the address and the purpose of the drawings and we will tell you what the survey needs to cover.
